The communities can provide common areas for seniors and many amenities like banking, private meeting rooms, libraries, computer and media rooms, and pools and spas. Although the Lutheran church sponsors many of the centers, the community is open to people of all faiths. There is a chapel available with services given regularly in these communities. They do include Bible study as some of their planned activities, along with arts and crafts, socials, movies and exercise classes.
